Delivery Policy

Here at ROCA Sports Ireland we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send every order within Ireland by GLS, TNT (For bikes) or An Post parcel post. Which means that, all being well, delivery time for most parcels is 3 – 5  working days after your order has been placed.

However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.

How will my parcel be sent in Ireland?

All parcels sent within Ireland will be sent using the companies listed above, a flat rate charge of €5.95 applies to all orders.

Can I return a sales item?

We cannot accept returns of sale items unless the item is faulty.

Do you ship overseas?

We can arrange to ship certain items overseas on request, please use the contact information on this site to get in touch with your request.  Rates for shipping are usually very competitive for the rest of the EU.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of of this.

Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

Contact us – we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by An Post has not been received please check with your postman if it may have been left somewhere or if a card has been left advising you of a parcel being left at a local Post Office for collection. If not, An Post has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.

If your order has been dispatched with TNT or GLS then we can track and trace it using their online system.

For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, if your item is not collected and is returned to us then we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage to ROCA Sports Ireland. If not received, these items will not be deemed to be missing until two weeks have passed.


Online Payments

ROCA Sports Limited accepts the following methods of payment through Sagepay. You will be directed to a secure server where payment takes place.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.


We also accept Paypal, a secure and easy method to pay for your goods. If you use this method of payment, your Paypal account with be debited upon placing your order with us. Please note we do not accept Paypal Cheque payments.

Pricing Statement

Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. ROCA Sports Ireland Limited reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If at the time of ordering any items are out of stock we will advise you, via email or telephone of any shortfall and provide a revised despatch date. We will despatch the in-stock items by the next working day at the latest.

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience.

Please insert your proof of purchase into the package and return to us. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the items that you want and to return the other items for a refund. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • All goods will be inspected upon return
  • Goods can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity – Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons, shorts MUST be tried on with clean underwear
  • Goods must be returned with all original packaging intact and tags attached within 90 days of purchase. Goods returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you
  • Goods returned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn or washed will be refused
  • Goods returned without a returns form fully completed could delay the process of your return/exchange
  • Do not apply the returns label to the original packaging. Please use a box or parcel bag to package the item rather than applying the label to the item’s packaging
  • Please retain your proof of postage
  • If you pay for a delivery service, we will not refund the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you
  • In the case of partial returns, ROCA Sports Ireland Limited reserves the right to void any discounts and the customer will be liable to pay the full listed price advertised online

To return your products direct to us you can do so using the address below:

Include all relevant information including the reason for return and a copy of your invoice. Include this information with the item and package up securely. Do not affix the postage label to the product packaging (shoe boxes etc.).

Please note, we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product). We strongly recommend you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number. Do not affix the postage label to the product packaging (shoe boxes etc.).

Make sure the following information is included with your return.

  • Your full name and collection address including eircode
  • Order number and confirmation of which product is coming back to us
  • A contact number in case we need to get in touch

Changing or cancelling an order

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [ROCA Sports Ireland Limited, Unit B1 Fota Retail Park, Carrigtwohill, Cork] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You
may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it issufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the
supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the
direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.
