What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is free on all orders over €50, delivery on orders under €50 is calculated at the checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with Paypal.
How long will delivery take?

We use Nightline Couriers and An Post who both offer an overnight service so in theory 24 hours but during busy times or if you live in a very rural area it can take 48 hours, if you need something in a panic let us know and we will do our best to make sure it gets to you next day.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Very secure, we don't see any of your details, not even your account password, once you enter our secure section the little padlock in your browser is activated and without getting to technical that means it safe to carry on!
What exactly happens after ordering?
We receive your order and as long as it is in stock we pick and pack the order and book your package onto the Nightline system and either the same day or the following day all the parcels get dropped off at the Nightline depot and they take over from there, even though we don't personally deliver the items if you need any assistance at all prior of after you have ordered let us know straight away.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Your invoice can be downloaded from your account section once your order has been placed, this will display our VAT details and a full breakdown, if you require a printed copy please leave a note at the checkout stage and we will include a printed copy of your invoice.
